Shipping Policy

1. *Cash on Delivery (COD) Available*  
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service to our customers across Pakistan. This means you will pay for your order when the product is delivered to you.

2. *Order Confirmation*  
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation call or message. During this call, you can confirm your order and verify the delivery details.

3. *Delivery Time*  
Once the order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days (it may take longer depending on your location). If there is any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide timely updates.

4. *Payment Method*  
When placing the order, you just need to submit your address details and contact number. Payment will be made in cash (Pakistani Rupees) at the time of delivery.

6. *Exchange & Returns*  
If you receive a defective product or the wrong order, you can contact our customer service team. We follow a product exchange or return policy.

7. *Order Cancellation*  
If you wish to cancel your order, you need to inform us at least 24 hours before delivery. After that, the cancellation process may become difficult.

8. *Important Notes*  
- COD orders will only be delivered to verified addresses.  
- You must be available at home during the delivery time.  
- A valid contact number is required for your order so that we can contact you at the time of delivery.
